Open Forums in the MESS sidebar Programme

The MESS International Theatre Festival will for this first time this year organise a series of open discussions, with participants from Youth Initiative for Human Rights organisations from Montenegro, Croatia, Serbia, Kosovo and Bosnia and Herzegovina.

In light of the fact that theatre tackles the always current issues of human existence, which primarily include questions regarding human rights and freedoms, the open forums will be organised so as to discuss the plays performing at this year’s MESS, which are somewhat thematically linked, and to analyse not the artistic expression of the productions, but the current social questions they address.

The discussions will be held at the Hotel Bosna between 20 and 22 October at 14.00.
